WelbyMD Site and Platform is designed to deliver Second Opinion to users accessing the same. The interpretation and evaluation of diagnostic images by our team of Subspecialty Radiologists are only for concluding a Second Opinion. Acquiring the initial diagnostic evaluation of images is the sole responsibility of the concerning user. The Second Opinion delivered by our team should be accessed with the consultation of your primary care physician or medical provider.
WelbyMD team of subspecialty radiologists is independent professionals. They are exclusively liable for delivering second review of diagnostic images. WelbyMD as a Site and Platform does not promote any third-party entity or service provider.
The Second Opinion rendered by Team WelbyMD is for patient diagnosis and care. It is not bound to be utilized as a protocol for legal proceedings, inclusive of but not limited to professional liabilities, medical malpractice or worker’s compensation.
